The Bills come into this game needing a win to lock themselves into the 2 seed in the AFC. With a win, they’d be able to rest starters next week before the playoffs begin. The Bills have been absolutely DOMINANT at home this season, averaging over 33 points per game in front of Bills Mafia! They’re coming off an ugly win against the Patriots last week that was A LOT closer than it should’ve been, so expect them to come out FIRED UP today. The Jets, meanwhile, are a dysfunctional mess. Aaron Rodgers is hurt again, and interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich is completely in over his head. The Jets are banged up on defense as well, so this is a GREAT SPOT for the Bills. Frankly, this game may not end up being particularly close. We only need the Bills to win by 3, and they have the talent to completely blow the doors off the Jets!
The Packers and Vikings combined for 60 points when these teams met up earlier this season, and that was with Jordan Love coming off an injury to his MCL. Now, both teams are pretty healthy and ready to do battle in a HUGE game that will help decide who the top seed in the NFC is. Both quarterbacks are playing at an EXTREMELY high level. Jordan Love has led the Packers to 30 or more points in 5 straight games! For the Vikings, Sam Darnold may be the biggest surprise of the entire season. The Vikings have been a SCORING MACHINE at home this year, averaging over 28 points per game. Kevin O’Connell is an ELITE offensive mind, and the Vikings have the weapons to exploit a weak Packers defense. Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison should have BIG games in the BIGGEST game of the year! Don’t be surprised to see fireworks similar to the first game these two teams played this season!
