Instructions:

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (80% lean)
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of American cheese
- 1/2 cup lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup tomato slices
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- Ketchup and mayonnaise (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and form them into burger patties.
- Season each patty with salt and pepper on both sides.
